1st Brussels British Scouts collects anonymous information about visitors to our website for statistical analysis, and personal information from those users who complete the contact form, or sometimes those who provide information via email when contacting us with an inquiry.
The information collected from visitors to the website is anonymous and is used for tracking purposes to determine, for example, the number of pages visited in the session, the length of time spent on each page, and the frequency of visits to the website.
Once a visitor completes the contact form or contacts the organisation by email or phone, any data coming from that exchange will be recorded and kept.
The collected information can include your name, address, contact and other necessary details.

How we use the information
The information collected anonymously for the purposes of Website analysis helps us to improve your the structure and content of our website and better understand our users (such as what type of Browsers are in use and which are popular pages). The information we collect is used to generate reports to make the site more user friendly and to determine which types of content are most appealing and relevant.

Will the organisation contact you?
By completing any of the contact forms and submitting your information, you are inviting us  to contact you and we will try our best to do that, we will not contact you in any other regard and your email will not be added to a mailing list unless you choose to join our organisation.
